1. Who we are

vfun-scan is an independent informational service providing public market data from cryptocurrency exchanges (price spreads, funding rates, basis, trading history). We are not an exchange, do not custody user funds, and do not provide financial or brokerage services.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum data required for login, security, and alert delivery:

• Email and password — for authentication. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; we never see it in plaintext.
• IP address — for attack protection and trusted-IP filtering.
• Technical cookies — strictly required for site operation: session authentication, language preference, CSRF protection.
• Telegram bot token — only if you voluntarily link your own Telegram bot for alerts. Stored in encrypted form.
• Telegram chat ID — where to deliver notifications (only if a bot is linked).
• Referral code and points balance — for the referral programme.
• Alert rules and trigger history — for the alerts feature.

3. What we do NOT collect

• Name, surname, phone number, address
• Passport / KYC documents
• Payment details, bank card data
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
• Your trading history on exchanges
• Behavioural analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica or similar tracking systems

4. Whom we share data with

• Cloudflare — DDoS protection and content delivery (receives HTTP request headers).
• Telegram Bot API — only when you use the alerts feature, for notification delivery.
• Google OAuth — only if you choose to sign in with Google (Google verifies your account).

We do not sell data to third parties and do not share it for marketing or advertising.

5. How and where data is stored

Data is stored on our own secured servers. All data-transmission channels are encrypted (HTTPS, TLS 1.2+). However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection from technical failures or unauthorized third-party access — see the «Limitation of Liability» section.

6. Retention

• Account data — until you request account deletion.
• Alert history — 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Server logs — up to 30 days, for security purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, or deletion. Contact us via Telegram.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for site operation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

9. Limitation of liability

vfun-scan shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the processing of your data, including but not limited to unauthorized third-party access, technical failures, actions of third-party services (Cloudflare, Telegram, Google), or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control. By using the service, you accept these terms.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at vfun-scan.com/privacy. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
