1. What vfun-scan is

vfun-scan is an informational aggregator of public market data from cryptocurrency exchanges. We display price spreads, funding rates, spot/perp basis, historical data, and event notifications.

The service is not an exchange, broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide trading, custody, currency exchange, or payment-transfer services.

2. Using the service

By using vfun-scan, you agree:

• To use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not to attempt to bypass security measures
• Not to scrape APIs beyond reasonable limits
• Not to perform DDoS attacks or attempt to disrupt the service
• Not to reverse-engineer our services or the Telegram bot
• Not to create multiple accounts for abuse
• Not to use the service to fake market activity

We reserve the right to ban accounts for violations without refund of points and without explanation.

3. Points and plans

• Points are internal virtual platform currency. They have no monetary value outside vfun-scan, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-refundable.
• Points can be earned through the referral programme and other platform activities.
• Subscription plans (30, 90, 270 days) are purchased with points. Plan purchases are final — points are not refunded after activation.
• We reserve the right to change plan prices in points at any time without prior notice.

4. Referral programme

• You can invite other users via a referral link and earn a percentage of their activity in points.
• Self-referral, fraudulent registrations, and bot-driven inflation are prohibited.
• Violation = account ban + cancellation of earned points without refund.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous 24/7 operation
• Absolute accuracy of displayed data
• Timeliness of data updates
• Absence of technical errors or outages
• Delivery of every alert at the exact moment conditions trigger

All data is sourced through public APIs of third-party exchanges and may contain delays, inaccuracies, or temporary outages.

6. Limitation of liability

vfun-scan shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Trading losses incurred based on information from the site
• Outages of the exchanges we reference
• Unauthorized access to your account caused by you (weak password, leak)
• Any actions of third parties (Cloudflare, Telegram, Google, exchanges, etc.)
• Technical failures, data errors, update delays
• Any financial, trading, or investment decisions made by you

Trading decisions are made entirely on your own and at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code, content, and logos of vfun-scan belong to the project. Copying, resale, and commercial use of service content without written permission are prohibited.

Market data belongs to the respective exchanges. We merely provide a convenient interface to view it.

8. Account closure

You may request account deletion at any time via Telegram @vfun_scan. After deletion, all data is removed; active points and plans are cancelled without refund.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is available at vfun-scan.com/terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
